DESCRIPTION

This project focuses on researching and developing semiconductor component technologies for a 3D SWIR imaging system intended for mass-market applications. It aims to enhance knowledge of existing technologies while improving the design efficiency and power of diode lasers.

Key objectives include generating high-power nanosecond diode laser bar stack modules for medical and optical communication applications, alongside developing AI systems for quality inspection of photonic semiconductors. The project also targets the fabrication of colloidal quantum dots pixel arrays with rapid response times.

By addressing critical research areas in lasers, photonic semiconductors, and artificial intelligence, this initiative aims to establish a strong foundation for innovation in the field of photonics.
